As a small town country girl, I grew up hunting, fishing, playing sports and riding horses every chance I got. My passion has always been helping others and volunteering in my community. I love working with my elevated team members that share the same passions that I do! I finally feel like I have a purpose in life!

Before I started with Family Heritage,I worked at DeQuincy Memorial Hospital as the Activity Director in the IOP department. I also was in marketing at DQMH for a short time.

I chose Elevated because I wanted help financially protect families from losing everything they have worked for due to illness or accident/injury. After I was in a bad accident while riding a horse and was out of work for close to two years. I was having to sell things that I loved, just to pay my bills and I almost lost my home and I don't want anyone to know what that feels like.

It's given me a purpose. It's helped me to become a better person with self discipline and whenever I have a problem or I'm feeling stuck in a rut, I can always count on my team (Cajun) to help me through it and help me realize one bad day or week is not going to break me and it helps me to push myself even harder!

I enjoy meeting new people and getting them protected and forming new friendships and I enjoy learning as much as I can from other agents and resources to help me improve and grow my business.

When I'm not working I'm at home working in my yard and having fun with my fur baby Lucy! I enjoy going to church on Sunday and hanging with my family afterwards. Three words to describe me are passionate, compassionate and always willing to help. Two items on my bucket list are: 1. Own another Corvette Stingray Convertible 2. Take a trip to Iceland and photograph wild horses
