Hey my name is Justin! I am originally from sunny San Diego, Ca. My amazing wife (of 20 years) Caroline and I decided to move our family to Boise, ID in January 2020 to give our 3 boys a taste of the mountains and wilderness. I love to spend time in the mountains on a snowboard, wondering around with a bow in my hand looking for elk or foregoing for wild mushrooms. I'm an avid food nerd and guitar lover. If you know me then you know tacos are life!

Before this, I spent 20 years in an advertising career building high polished e-commerce platforms for all kinds of cool business. 

 

I was burnt out on the web space and wanted a career with a product that helped people rather than building fancy mouse traps for consumers to spend money on. Ultimately it was the culture and sincerity of our leadership team that pushed me over the line. So thankful for this positivity factory! I get to go to work everyday knowing our products change lives.

This career sparked a new sense of purpose and freshness that I never had in my advertising days. I have an amazing suite of products to offer my community, I still own my own business, keep a work/life balance of my choice and enjoy life knowing without having to ask for permission. It's also had a huge impact on my personal/ professional development.

When I'm not working I'm on a snowboard slashing powder, looking for elk in the Idaho mountains, cooking food for my friend and family, eating tacos or sitting in my music room with a Martin 000-28 on my lap!

My favorite thing about working with Elevated is how everyone is here to lift each other up. Our leaders created such a positive culture with a strong focus on having an abundant mindset. It's absolutely contagious!!! Three words to describe me are giving, uplifting and service minded. Two things on my bucket list are going to Japan for a powder trip and Valdez, AK snow cat trip.
